Aurélie is an executive advisor and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience turning strategy, transactions and performance priorities into operating results.
She advises C-level executives on strategy, governance and high-stakes decisions. Her experience spans M&A, global transformation, operating models, strategic sourcing, procurement-led performance, digitalisation and public policy.
She has led multicultural teams across EMEA and Asia and designed transformation and change programmes extending across more than 100 countries. Each mandate can draw on a broader circle of trusted specialists and delivery partners when the outcome requires additional depth or scale.
